If you are planning on flying on any commercial or private aircraft to any destination

always ask/question what the weather conditions will be on arrival. If your destination's

weather is forecasted to be bad enough to impose INSTRUMENT FLIGHT REGULATIONS

(rules) be followed during approach and landing at the designation airport: DO NOT GO and live to fly another day. I believe The National Transportation Safety Board suggested at a recent public hearing that the flight crew's skill level was not adequate for the weather conditions at Buffalo, NY at the time of Colgan Air Bombardier's arrival. They cannot justify that decision. It is very important to remember comments made by a member of the board who described there were two maneuvers by the aircraft during approach to landing that were troubling; the first was a violent climbing turn to the right, followed by a severe nose down turn to the left. That description was my clue as to the cause of the accident. It was failure of the authority responsible for traffic control to insure the integrity of the instrument landing system(ILS) and airfield ground traffic. For what ever reason; if a vehicle checking for icing on various taxi ways, or spreading deicing material crossed the approach end of the ILS runway from left to right; the violent maneuvers of Continental Connection Flight 3407 was the result. Impossible to overcome unless the pilot is aware of the traffic and alert for the possible interference and deflection (bending) of the ILS signals.

How do I know; BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TO ME.

It was approximately June-July 1955 I was assigned as Chief of Air Force Flight Test and Acceptance Operations when the first Boeing B-47 six jet bomber built by Douglas Aircraft Company with the capability of coupling the auto pilot with the ILS system was delivered to the Air Force for acceptance. The acceptance flight was on a day when the wind in advance of a cold front was out of the north and landing was on the 10,000 ft N-S runway. Returning to the airport following normal flight test of primary aircraft systems I received approval for a ILS ( Instrument Landing System) approach during landing.

Immediately after turning on final to the runway I coupled the ILS signal with the autopilot and with my left hand on the control column yoke emergency cutoff switch and my right hand griping the throttles I proceeded with the approach. When we were approximately 1/4 mile from the end of the runway at approximately 600-700ft altitude, I notice a large tanker truck enter a gate on the west(left) side of the runway on to a perimeter road that crossed approximately 100 ft south of the runway from west to east heading to the back of a mile long main assembly plant building. I watched that tanker truck to be sure it would be clear of my approach path before I reached the runway and just before it looked to be entering my approach path when BAM it hit the ILS signal and the deflection of the signal caused that B-47 to start a maneuver like it was entering a snap roll to the right and even though I was ready and immediately hit the autopilot kill switch and jammed full throttle my left wing tip was 10-15 degrees above and the nose level with the horizon. Had I not been doing flight testing I would not be writing this. In post

flight meetings it was agreed a hotline would be established between ATC control tower and Douglas security Gate.

Following are other unsolved accidents where, in my analysis, the cause was a deflection

(bending) of the ILS signal.

First was the accident of the special flight carrying President Clinton's Secretary of Commerce that flew into a mountain in Yugoslavia while on an ILS approach to a major airport. No cause was found during the special investigation. The Investigating Team made note that the ILS was functioning normal and a maintenance TRUCK was parked near the TRANSMITTER. That truck deflected (bent) the ILS directional signal enough that it directed the pilot into the mountain. Since the NTSB knows nothing of the signal deflection large metal objects cause in the ILS signal, it is always PILOT ERROR.

Another major accident was the Navy Hercules C-130 flying a course to intercept the ILS directional beam flew diectly into a mountain in Afganistan. Why?? It is my opinion, that the Air Base was under a complete black out and the pilot was following a standard pattern to be picked up by radar approach control for landing. Since the airbase was in a combat zone there had to be armored vehicles stationed on perimeter security patrol. Any vehicle stopped just short of the landing approach end of the runway would be enough to deflect (bend)the ILS directional signal. The pilot had no warning, no chance to avoid the mountain. Another PILOT ERROR accident.

The amount of deflection can cause minor incidents also. There was a non fatal accident in Little Rock where the aircraft shortly after touch down ran over runway lights and off the side of the runway. That could have been caused by a 2 or 3 degree bend off centerline of the directional beam. PILOT ERROR???

Another accident was in Chicago at the Midway airport when the aircraft touched down long

on the runway and and could not stop before going off the runway. If the localizer beam is bent up by a large truck, like a moving van parked directly in line with the runway, the aircraft will come down at a steeper angle and land long. With poor braking conditions on the runway stopping before going thru the boundry fence would be impossible. PILOT ERROR???

Well the biggest fraud in our history continues with the Senate adding the FDA, who has their own problem with flawed test procedures, to the list of experts on smoking and cancer. How many readers of this letter remember the famous lawsuit filed by Delta Airline cabin attendants against the tobacco companies claiming second hand smoke was responsible for their breast and lung cancers?

I suggest our Senators Lincoln and Pryor recommend that FDA or the CDC&P acquire current data same as that used to support Claims in the Attendants law suit and publish it so we the people can see that cancer cases among Attendants have been eliminated or drastically reduced. What better way to show we the people that the terrible smoking cigarette monster that kills half million people a year can be eliminated. I recommend Arkansas smokers demand our Senators inform us of their actions. I can assure any reader of the published comparative information will be totally surprised. If the comparative data is gathered and not released the answer to the question of second hand smoke causing cancer will be loud and clear . I can tell readers IT DOES NOT. Oh and just for information the CDC&P did not know that the PRION that causes "madcow disease" was a VIRUS; and that the Scientist who discovered it proposed it be called a "VIRION".

It is impossible for tobacco to cause cancer; It is a weed just like marijuana, tea, and many vegetables and spices we eat. And for those who need to smoke the "weed" for pain relief; try putting "bulk green tea" in your pipe and smoking it, you will get pain relief The best smoking is a plain virgin tobacco cigar, it too will give you pain relief. And for readers of this letter who think I am some kind of nut, I have been granted not one but three (3)US Patents, covering an "oxalic acid" that is in all weeds in varying amounts and is in the blood of all "warm blooded mammals" including humans. It kills all virus, bacteria, and abnormal cells (cancer cells). It is impossible for smoke from a weed to cause cancer as the smoke carries oxalic acid in the ester form into the lungs where it is picked up by the blood, which carries it to the cancer cells and destroys them.

Anyone of any stature, especially those with letters after their name, who would like to challenge any of the above data I am more than willing to meet with you, but, only in a forum open to the public. And perhaps the Morning News would host the meeting. I think I can say it would be unprecedented.

The modus operandi is very similar to the papillomus virus which causes vaginal

MODUS OPERANDI

With a decision made to operate on Sen. Kennedy's tumor, effort's to help must wait until post operation conditions are known. Having an operation in no way stops growth of this tumor, and may

make it more aggressive due to weakening a body's immune system. Having chemo treatment and radiation will not stop growth of any tumor unless the entire tumor is removed and even then cannot be 100% assured.

MEDICAL FRAUD IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES

Following the discovery that oxalic acid will cure tumors it became absolutely necessary that I find the cause. The office of the Surgeon General seemed like the best place to start since they had determined smoking was harmful to ones health and may cause cancer. I had a very simple question; "What documents were used to determine that smoking caused cancer"? Well the first of many surprises started immediately; I was informed by the person who answered the phone that they did not keep files of test documents in the office. Next call was to the Secretary of Health who directed me to the National Cancer Institute. After being directed to many labs I finally talked with an individual who suggested I call an individual at the University of Missouri. And once again referred to different individuals until finally one understood what I was after and referred me to Dr. Deirtrich Hoffman, New York National Health Association as a world expert on cancer.

The contacts with Dr. Hoffman were much more productive than I could have hoped for.Dr. Hoffman provided me with three tests;

MORTALITY OF URANIUM MINERS IN RELATION TO RADIATION EXPOSURE, HARD-ROCK MINING AND CIGARETTE SMOKING.

In the Abstract - there was a great last sentence; "While smoking alone could not explain the marked excess of lung cancer, the data suggested that uranium miners should not smoke".

Col Joe's comments. I wonder how many millions of dollars was spent on the above. It is very clear that the radiation exposure effects caused an increase in the number of respiratory cancer deaths.

CARCINOGENIC ACTIVITY OF CIGARETTE-SMOKE CONDENSATE.

I. EFFECT of TRAUMA and REMOTE X IRRADIATION

COMBINED ACTION OF CIGARETTE TAR AND BETA RADIATION ON MICE

This test was supported with grants from the American Cancer Society, Inc. and the National Cancer Institute, of the National Institutes of Health, Public Health Service. This test shows without a doubt, that smoking did not cause Cancer in the mice and I read that cigarette tar may have acted as a preventative. The data in this test is so clear the conclusive data is shown in the following Table from the test report.

The following is data taken directly from the experiment report from the Journal of the American Cancer Society, Volume 14, 1961, CANCER. Fred W. Stewart, MD, Editor

Three hundred ninety-seven female Swiss mice, 2 months of age, were divided into six groups (as noted above.) The total time of the experiment was 27 months, however, data of each mouse was not kept until the start of the seventh month in order to eliminate death and other conditions that might not be caused by the experiment. A summary of those mice is provided. The Groups above then have differing numbers following 6 months of the experiment and thus was the arbritary beginning time of the analysis of results of the experiment.

Following is the recorded results of the test.

Groups A and B, in which a combination of beta radiation and tar was used.

Group A 61% developed skin cancer; 49 % lung cancer:

Group B 56% developed skin cancer, 65% lung cancer and the rest as shown

Groups D and E received only beta radiation.

Group D 12% developed skin cancer, 71% developed lung cancer, and the rest as shown.

Group C which received only tar 43% developed skin cancer , 63% developed lung cancer.

Group F the control Group received only acetone, only 7% developed skin cancer while 68% developed lung cancer.

Specific details of the Materials and Methods used in the obtaining and application of the Cigarette tar and the source of and application of radiation is described in the Experiment Report which should be available from the American Cancer Society, Inc who supported the Test with funds.

Comments by Col Joe. It simply amazes me how so called scientists can ignore a scientific test report which clearly shows mice that received cigarette tar and radiation or cigarette tar only during a scientific test under rigid controlled conditions developed less lung cancer than even the controlled group which receive NONE.

I know why and have repeatedly told all the scientists, doctors, lawyers, and politicians at the highest levels. Even Mike Huckabee who wants to be head of our National Health System.

It is absolutely clear from the scientific test results smoking

DOES NOT CAUSE CANCER.

And it is abundantly clear why epidemiological studies are now referred to as scientific data.

The "brilliant dummies" don't dare do scientific testing as it will reveal truth.

AN EXPERITMENT TO DETERMINE EMFS IN AIRCRAFT DURING FLIGHT OPERATIONS

Now that you have studied the previous Scientific Test of effect of tar and nicotine on mice; make note that mice exposed to radiationhad more lung tumors than mice exposed to tar and nicotine.

The following experiment was conducted during a two stage commercial flight from Northwest, AR (XNA) to San Diego, CA. The aircraft were a twin jet engine Embraer to Dallas-Fort Worth and a Lockheed DC-8 to California.

The equipment used is a K-II Enterprises Safe Range EMF Meter capable of detecting the ELF range (50 to 1000Hz) & VLF range (1000 to 20,000Hz).

The field strength milliGAUSS (MG) readings by lights:

Green on to 2.5 mG Yellow--- to 10 mG

Amber---- to 20 mG Red------ to 20 mG pl

The procedure followed was identical for both stages, with one exception during the stage to CA. Upon boarding each aircraft I stopped and explained to the Captain I was conducting an experiment and asked if he would assist me by checking the flight compartment for presence of electromagnetic fields. Upon agreement I provided the Gauss Meter, explained its operation and proceeded to my seat.

Approximately 20 min after a normal takeoff and climb to assigned altitude, the Captain came back from the flight compartment sat next to me and described how he had operated the meter and that it showed a yellow light in all areas of the compartment except when he placed it below his knees toward his feet, the meter showed red and he was curious as to why. I asked if the weather radar was in the nose section and he replied

that it was. We then talked a few minutes about my research and he returned to the pilot's compartment. After a short explanation to the stewardess I measured the galley area and the only area that measured a emf was near the coffee warmer.

The same procedure was followed on the Flight from Dallas-Ft Worth via the

DC-8. The Captain however showed more interest in reason for the experiment and did go back to the galley to advise the flight attendants about my testing. The results of my readings were far more than expected. The Gauss meter showed red when along side seats just forward of the galley and stayed red in every area of the galley. To be sure of the findings, after all trays were returned and the galley was stowed, I returned and checked the galley again and no readings were elevated except directly opposite the coffee warmers. Mission accomplished.

It is safe to say; "there has been no reduction of cancer victims since elimination of smoking on the aircraft". Facts are; there may be an increase as power is added in the passenger area for convenient items.

In considering scientific data presented, pilots and stewards, in my opinion, are in a death trap every flight they make. Crew members and passengers get no benefit from foods served that might have contained oxalic acid since it's been decomposed.

Tobacco like marijuana is a weed and to some degree can relieve pain and discomfort since all weeds contains oxalic acid which does relieve pain. For those who doubt the writings of my findings, for relief of pain buy some bulk green tea and put that in your pipe and smoke it; you will no longer have to smoke the "weed"; oxalic acid in tea is the same as oxalic acid in marijuana. How does it work? When burning, oxalic acid is converted into an ester form ( a very fine powder) carried to the lungs, is picked up by blood and carried to the pain site. Those who doubt it try it. The best is cigar smoke.

ARE WE THE ENEMY?

A plausible diagnosis of Gulf War Syndrome that the Pentagon might rather ignore

While medical experts have been chasing each other down the chemical weapons highway in a fruitless search for what caused the Gulf War Syndrome, Col. Francis Joe Hart of little Pea Ridge, Arkansas has been doing his own recognizance along an Ozark logging road.

And wouldn't you just know that lying in plain view along that narrow path, the tall, slender man with a soft gravely voice discovered a plausible answer splayed out as obvious as a fallen oak.

But so far, the retired World War II Air Force pilot can't get anyone in the system to even listen to him, much less take a closer look at what he has found.

To the smug who survive within D.C.'s Beltway gridlock, Col. Joe might be easily stereotyped to the margins of credibility as some backwoods eccentric, regardless if his discovery is logical.

You see, in all the politics and manufactured confusion that has become the world wide search for revelations about the puzzling syndrome, this former Prisoner of the Nazis has said damn the politics.

Instead, he set off trudging his own road, following the threads of truth.

The night sweats, flu-like symptoms and other seemingly nerve-related ailments reported by so many American and UN soldiers after their return from the Middle East likely were not caused by exposure to chemical weapons. At least that is what Col. Joe, as he is affectionately known, now believes.

Neither was the illness triggered by nerve gas or invisible airborne agents spewed by Saddam Hussein's Republican Army in the desert night air of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia or Iraq.

As for pesticides, Well, he says they may have contributed to ill health. But there are no "fingerprints" left behind by any chemical agents that prove their complicity.

Nope, Col. Joe spent a good deal of his 75th year thoughtfully researching a potential culprit that has lain embarrassingly beneath everyone's noses since that war began in 1991.

The problem may well have been in the bottled water our troops were forced to drink so many times each day, he says.

The idea initially crossed his mind a year ago when he said he began focusing intently on this mysterious malady. He said he carefully pursued answers as any thorough investigator would, first by identifying patterns of what differed in veterans' lives between their homes and the Middle East.

One answer was intense heat and its related effects.

Tedious inquiry was nothing new for Col. Joe. After leaving the Air Force, he worked 13 years for the Martin Marietta Corporation in Denver as the product assurance program manager for Air Force Titan programs.

He said he became an expert at identifying and resolving the sources of intricate problems in the Titan system.

His search led to a Fayetteville Gulf War veteran who had brought home an empty, half-liter bottle of the Saudi Arabian water. It was the fortified water American troops had been commanded to drink each day for months to ward off dehydration.

The plastic bottle was distributed by the Nissah Bottling Co. of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The names of two other bottling companies, the Health Water Bottling Co. and Natural Water Co. of Wadi Missah Saudi Arabia, for some unknown reason also appear on the bottle label. It was bottled in October 1991, according to the label.

That bottle contained a list of nine electrolyte additives printed on the label. The letters TDS 265 also are printed without explanation at the bottom of the list of electrolytes.

Perhaps that stands for the percent of Total Daily Supplement. But I am speculating. Who can know for certain except the Saudis who actually bottled it?

The soldier explained how most American combat troops and others stationed in the desert were ordered to drink between eight and 10 bottles each day of their stay.

What immediately struck Col. Joe were the positive electrolytes called cations, that had been added including fluoride, sulfate, nitrate and chloride. Bicarbonate also was listed on the label.

The negative electrolytes, known as anlons, mixed into the water were: potassium, calcium and magnesium in addition to sodium, the label says.

Some U.S. commercial sports drinks such as Gatorade also contain electrolyte additives, but in different types and lesser quantities; at least that is what the labels show.

Those commercial drinks also do not contain fluorides or sulfate, labels show, the two prime suspects in Col. Joe's research.

When he opened the book Advanced Nutrition and Human Metabolism, published in 1995 by West Publishing, it explained how small amounts of soluble fluoride achieved maximum blood levels within 30 minutes to an hour.

While fluoride was constantly flushed from the body through natural elimination, it also was constantly being replenished day in and day out, allowing blood levels of the stuff to remain chronically elevated.

The text also explained how when the compound fluoride is mixed with sulfate - as it was in this drinking water - the fluoride became even more readily absorbed into the bloodstream.

Multiply the 66 percent of the acceptable daily intake of fluoride and 90 percent of sulfate as indicated on each bottle for eight or ten times each day for months and it sure seems plausible that we are talking about some powerful chemical imbalances in these soldiers, said Col Joe.

If this is the case, some inexact arithmetic shows roughly each soldier would have ingested roughly 720 bottles over 90 days, or about five times the acceptable daily level.

And bodily tissues most impacted by a chronic overdose of fluoride are nerves and muscles.

In fact, the book explains fluorosls, or the toxicity from overexposure to fluoride, is characterized by "changes in bone, kidney and possible nerve and muscle function."

He also wrote to the Under Secretary of the Navy, the Veterans Administration and our newest U.S. Senator, Tim Hutchinson, and his new 3rd District Congressman brother, Asa, asking for their assistance through whatever it takes, including legislative hearings if necessary, to determine the validity of any of this.

But so far, he has heard nothing from anyone, although one officer did say he would put the information out over the Internet," Col. Joe said.

It can be hard to find a bull horn big enough to attract much attention when a person retires to tiny Pea Ridge, Ark.

But watch for Col. Joe - survivor of Nazi camps and dogged researcher of Intricate dilemmas - to keep barking until someone finally makes an effort to prove him wrong.

Some people refer to "it" as Murder, I refer to "it" as Doctor Assisted Suicide. "It" is the present Medical Science of Oncology

This article is written because of frustration knowing people will die from cancer, which need not die, and others will needlessly suffer pain and body disfigurement. Greater numbers of people in constant pain from viral diseases that cause physical restrictions, like rheumatoid arthritis, need not be. You are going to read about the discovery of God's Chemotherapy, Oxalic Acid, the "magic bullet" many scientists have been seeking. Continuous research for 16 years has resulted in discovery of the natural cure for cancer, viral, bacterial diseases, and vascular disorders. Several hundred victims have been cured since discovery of the purpose of oxalic acid. This is written in every day language using few medical terms so that readers may understand it.

Many people have rightly believed there is a natural cure for cancer. The natural cure has been in the earth since creation, is now and will be until the end of time. It was my belief in God and Creation that allowed me to find answers to the questions: Did God create the earth with this poison to kill us? Did God put a poison in food necessary to sustain life only to have it kill us? Did God put a poison in blood of all mammals, including humans, to kill us?

Oxalic acid is stronger then [than] any man made poison currently used in chemo treatment. Its natural and greatest use is as a blood-borne chemical in blood of all warm-blooded mammals, including humans. We obtain oxalic acid as we do other required acids and minerals, from foods and beverages in our diet. To be available to all mammals in the world, oxalic acid is higher in weeds than other plant life. Oxalic acid in the manufactured form is a very strong poison. Records reveal that 1/2 ounce of oxalic acid was dissolved in water, mistaken for another chemical, and then swallowed by a woman who died 40 minutes later. Is it a coincidence that foods and beverages we are told to eat because they are good cancer fighters, are high in oxalic acid? The "Merck Laboratories, Manual of Diagnosis And Therapy" fails to list oxalic acid in the index. Consequently, most doctors are unaware oxalic acid is in human blood. This is a positive indicator that I have discovered the cure. Why is it not identified? Most doctors know little or nothing about it. Until recently few laboratories could test blood for it. Mayo Clinic Laboratories recently advised they developed a test, however it is unreliable since blood samples are not protected from decomposition of oxalic acid by "EMFs" (electric magnetic fields).

Cancer is not mysterious. Our body contains trillions of cells, and we produce millions from nutriments we consume as our bodies use cells as fuel to operate. Humans are not perfect creatures and do not produce all normal cells, and abnormal cells must be removed from the blood or they become cancer cells. The prime purpose of oxalic acid in human blood is to keep our blood clean of abnormal cells. Oxalic acid is the "magic bullet" in the immune system that kills virus and bacteria. I describe action of oxalic acid killing abnormal cells as "cellicidal" to identify with "viricidal" and "bactericidal" actions of killing virus, and destroying bacteria.

A question has been asked: Why is it necessary to have a special diet if it's a natural cure? Good question. The answer is the amount of oxalic acid in foods and beverages varies from very high to none at all. The following example is from the USDA Handbook 8-11. Carrots, a strong cancer fighter contains .50 gram oxalic acid per 3.5 oz, while corn never recommended contains .01 gram per 3.5 oz. The original diet instructions were simple. Every 24 hours drink 1 can of Hollywood brand carrot juice, eat a handful of cracked walnuts of any kind, drink distilled water and avoid the "blockers". Blockers are items that inhibit, reduce, bind, or otherwise reduce or eliminate the beneficial effect of oxalic acid. It is very important to avoid the following items as each one can be considered a "cause" of cancer and diseases. The blockers are: Citric acid in fruits and added as an ingredient in foods and beverages. Cow's milk and products made from cows milk, except butter, Elevated magnetic fields, "EMFs", Pyridoxine (Vitamin-B6), and Alcohol.

The objective is to increase oxalic acid in the blood by eating foods high in oxalic acid, avoiding foods, beverages and environmental factors that block oxalic acid from being available in our blood to fight diseases. Remember it is a poison and over consumption of oxalic acid must be avoided as it has serious side effects.

There is no intent to write the complete diet here; however, it is important to discuss in detail 3 blockers; Citric Acid, Cow's Milk and EMFs since they weaken the immune system, and are a major cause of cancer.

The United States Department of Agriculture has not established a Recommended Dietary Allowance for Citric acid. The body will produce citric acid when needed to eliminate excess or undesirable acids from the blood. Citric acid when taken orally will remove acids from the blood. A highly respected nutritionist in 1960 referred to "oxalic acid as the villain and citric acid as the rescuing hero" in a very specific remedy. Check foods and beverages in you cabinets and refrigerator/freezer and see how few you find without citric acid listed in the ingredients. You should stay alert as other food items contain citric acid listed in the ingredients. You should stay alert as other food items contain citric acid like pineapple, which is very high. Many people are confused and believe citric acid is Vitamin C and it is not. Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C. Beverages, especially soda pop, containing citric acid should be kept from children age 12 and under. It may be a cause of many deficit disorder conditions.

Calcium not combined with other minerals in the body is "excess or free calcium" and will inhibit absorption of oxalic acid. Cow's milk, not meant for humans, is high in excess or free calcium. When you read items have been enriched by calcium, how often do you read that other minerals necessary to make bone material have also been added? A calf nurses at the mother cow for 6-8 weeks and when weaned, leaves the mother and almost never goes back. How does that calf grow as large as the cow without all that milk? The calf gets calcium from pasture grasses, grains, weeds, and seeds. We humans can get our calcium from vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds just like other mammals. Why are many doctors prescribing calcium-enriched supplements for cancer patients in their battle for survival?

EMFs "electric magnetic fields" decompose oxalic acid in blood. In 1995, a new question emerged about electric power: Does it have anything to do with cancer? In 1995, the U.S. Department of Energy published a booklet all about your home, power lines, office and work places and took a position on both sides of the question. Basically they said, maybe it does and maybe it doesn't. The USDA approved decomposition of oxalic acid solutions in measuring radiation dosage in sterilization of food and medical products. In 1996, I made Application for a U.S. Patent in which I submitted data as to exactly how it does. Here is the answer. 1. Oxalic acid decomposed by radiation (EMFs) is used as a dosimeter when sterilizing food. 2. Oxalic acid in human blood is decomposed like a dosimeter when exposed to EMFs.

3. Humans have oxalic acid in their blood that kills cancer cells. 4. When oxalic acid in human blood is decomposed, abnormal cells are allowed to survive, form abnormal tissue, and abnormal tissue grows tumors. 5. Your doctor gives you the bad news and suggests immediate treatment. That's why I believe any radiation other than surgical use in an emergency is "doctor assisted suicide". Microwaves, a high source of EMFs, are usually placed on a counter-top, under a cabinet or stacked over an oven; all breast high on most women, the major users of a microwave. Is it a coincidence when combined breast and lung cancers are the highest cause of death among women? When used, some cell phones do transmit a strong EMF, decomposition of oxalic acid in the brain depends on antennae location. Electric blankets unless shielded are dangerous. When you think of the above information equate it to the criminal who receives a death sentence. A poison injected into the blood or electrocution carries out the sentence.

Pyridoxine, vitamin B6 and Alcohol are blockers and should be avoided. The Recommended Dietary Allowance for vitamin B6 is 2mg daily. Most cereals show 100% per serving and this is the first meal of the day. How much do you think your intake would be for the rest of the day? There is no Recommended Dietary Allowance for Alcohol; however for special occasions or a daily drink select an inexpensive red wine. Red wine, a vintage of Concord grapes contains a significant amount of oxalic acid.

Blockers are an item that inhibit, reduce or otherwise eliminates beneficial effects of oxalic acid. Oxalic acid comes from the earth's food supply. Oxalic Acid kills abnormal cells, kills bacteria and virus; and is equal to or stronger than today's medicines that kill all cells. Bacterium is quickly eliminated. Normal cells are not harmed.

This section will cover virus we have knowledge of from victims of different viral infections. We have had positive report cures of Rhinovirus, the common cold, influenza, and arthritis. Acids (pH 3.0) destroy smallpox virus in one hour. The mouth rinse (2.4pH) will destroy West Nile, smallpox and "mad cow-decease" [disease}. Victims would use the mouth rinse and follow the Diet.

Whom do you think should be blamed for failures in a health system that kills millions of citizens and costs trillions of dollars a year? If you guessed the U.S. Government, you are right. The AMA and major Pharmaceutical Companies share in the blame. The prime government section responsible. The Department of Health and Human Services, is headed by Secretary Tommy Thompson. The majority of Agencies ignorant of Oxalic Acid are in DOHHS. DOHH in their Publication No. 01-1316 state "the public trusts FDA to ensure that: Foods are safe, wholesome and truthfully labeled": That blood used for transfusions is safe and in adequate supply: That Equipment that uses radiant energy, such as X-ray machines and microwave ovens, is safe.

The FDA allows ingredients to be added that have nothing to do with nutritional value. One item, which I believe is the number one cause of cancer, is "citric acid". The body produces citric acid to flush excess and undesirable acids from its systems. If it were added to the body orally what do you think would happen? It would flush acids from the body and one acid definitely would be oxalic acid. Now check ingredients listed on foods and beverage in you residence. Surprised, most people are. Citric acid is a preservative, taste enhancer and color brightener. Archer Daniels Midland is a major producer of citric acid and a major contributor of dollars to both political parties.

Calcium, another major cause of cancer, is added whenever possible to foods, beverages, nutritional supplements and over the counter health items. How often do you read where other minerals needed to make bone material have also been added? "Free Calcium" inhibits absorption of oxalic acid in the digestive system. The Hart Diet requires avoidance of cow's milk and items made from cow's milk, (except butter) because of high calcium content, Calcium supplements should be carefully studied before using. Ensure and similar forms of nutriments with high calcium content highly suspect in inhibiting oxalic acid and in cases when victims are beyond effective treatment; it may be a form of doctor-assisted suicide. There are natural sources excellent: One cup of Almonds provides 600 milligrams.

EMFs (electric magnetic fields) blocker no. 3, The U.S. Department of Agriculture approves using decomposition of oxalic acid as a dosimeter in the sterilization of food and medical products. Your home and place of work containing electrical equipment could present a hazard to your health. Breast and lung cancer is said to cause more deaths of women than heart problems. The typical location of a microwave in the kitchen is breast high. The magnetic field strength of most microwaves is 20+milliGauss. Most cell phones emit EMFs of the same strength at the antennae. Cord type electric razors emit the same strength at the shaver blade. There are publications available from the Department of Energy listing the EMFs strength of household items. It is my opinion this is going to open a can of worms for the FDA and cause multiple problems of huge proportion. Think of this; any scientific testing of any drug for human or animal use that subjected test specimens to radiation becomes an invalid test. These tests cannot be used as direct measure of the hazard to humans since humans would not be radiated prior to drug use and their blood is not the same as the test specimens. Recently several deaths caused recall of a new drug. Could the fault be exactly as I just reported. Mice are mammals and their blood contains oxalic acid, which is decomposed by radiation (EMFs). Few if any epidemiological studies consider environmental effects on oxalic acid. Mice used in the scientific testing of tobacco tars were all radiated. Just think of tests done by Pharmaceutical

Companies.

Think about Wal-Mart selling strawberries radiated to kill bacteria, which decompose oxalic acid the cancer fighter. One huge problem is: The U.S. Department of Agriculture requires/allows countries to radiate foods, especially vegetables, prior to shipment to the U.S. You should demand to know what food has been radiated with each item identified in the stores. Now you know why the health of this country is so bad. There is one consolation, the "brilliant dummies" eat the same foods you and I eat and they do get cancer.

We spend more money on health issues than any other country yet our health continues to deteriorate. Many people wonder why? My answer is: Our system is controlled by a triad the National Institute of Health (Gov), American Medical Association and Pharmaceutical Companies that create a giant whirlpool fed by dollars and deaths. I have experience with it. It began February 1997 when following my first Patent Application, I met with Representative Asa Hutchinson and briefed him on my discovery. He made one comment. "You are going to be very rich some day." The next event was when (BSE) "mad-cow disease" broke out in England the summer of 2000. There was concern about its spreading to the U.S. so I sent Representative Hutchinson a letter with copy of my Patent No. 6,133,318 directed to use of oxalic acid compositions in treatment and control of infectious viral diseases in animals. I recommended he send it to the Center Disease Control & Prevention for evaluation. The Director of CDC&P in answer to Rep. Hutchinson said:

"The agent that causes BSE/nvCreutzfeldt-Jacob is neither a virus nor bacterium, but an infectious agent called a prion. Prions are infectious particles that have the ability to alter other proteins in the infectious process." Copies of the letters were sent to me.

I have a research document published in 1954 that teaches proteins can be infected by a slow virus and the initial term proposed for the finding was "virion". I advised Rep. Hutchinson he had been given the "idiot treatment". I have no doubt the answer to Rep. Hutchinson was influenced by the lack of letters of credentials after my name. Our current Rep. John Boozman has completely ignored it.

December 2001, I sent a letter to Secretary Tommy G. Thompson concerning my discovery, Issue of Patents covering Anthrax and various diseases, specifically smallpox, and the danger of radiation (EMFs). The letter was sent to the CDC&P Jeffery Koplan who sent it back to Washington to the Council on Private Sector Initiatives to Improve the Security, Safety, and Quality of Health Care; it was further assigned to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and it was sent to the FDA who acknowledged my letter to Secretary Tommy Thompson May 28, 2002. From experience I can tell you the Council on Private Sector Initiatives is a government developed "black hole". Once in the black hole it is never seen again.

I have written the Arkansas Department of Health on several occasions. The response in brief was; The Arkansas State Health Officer can only use products with FDA approval. In response I suggested perhaps the Arkansas Department of Health should issue a warning Hershey Kisses should not be eaten, the FDA has not approved them. September 12, 2000 the Morning News carried an announcement by UA officials of a $1.1 million to study the medicinal properties of blueberries, red grapes, spinach, watermelon and rice. They were to look for compounds called antioxidants. In order to expedite the project I wrote Dr. White and offered to share my research since UA findings would validate my Patents. I received no response.

The "brilliant dummies" refuse to accept my discovery because I have no credentials.

The Patents have been offered to University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Center, Merck Laboratories, The John Huntsman Cancer Clinic University of Utah and the Stowers Institute, Kansas City. Several major News Networks have been offered information on the discovery.

Some readers might question this and think its fiction. Well it is not. This article is based on facts from knowledge gained in 16 years of Research, formal class study in Advanced Nutrition and Human Metabolism, counseling by a competent patent attorney with a degree in Chemistry and practical knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology by a tutor skilled in Veterinary medicine. Dear Senator Lincoln:

I am writing about 3 items I think you will find very interesting. One is a follow-up to my e-mail Thank you; with comments. Second is an item, which may have serious consequences, which I cannot determine; perhaps your spouse Dr. Lincoln would consider evaluating the item. Third is an item I believe could be monumental.

As to the first item, I again express my sincere "thank you" for your action on behalf of the millions of people who will benefit from recognition of my discovery. If it is appropriate I would like to have the opportunity to evaluate Dr. Koplan's response to your request before you reach a position on my research. My reason: previously through Rep. Hutchinson I suggested that the CDC look into the possibility that since oxalic acid kills the rhino (common cold) and flu virus it might be as effective against the virus that causes (BSE) or mad cow disease and Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease (CJD). Dr. Koplan in his answer to Rep Hutchinson said;

"The agent that causes BSE/nvCJD is neither a virus nor bacterium, but an infectious agent called a prion. Prions are infectious proteins that have the ability to alter other proteins in the infectious process"

I do not mean this sarcastically but, Dr. Koplan gave me through Rep Hutchinson the "idiot treatment". What Dr. Koplan did not say was that the agent that infected the protein is a slow virus. My simple logic says if you kill the slow virus there are no infected proteins, and if there are no infected proteins there are no prions, and if there are no prions there is no BSE/nvCJD. Study of the structural proteins of the virus may have been as early as 1954 and in keeping with the new finding the term "virion" was proposed for the complete infective virus particle. But apparently to identify the structure more as a protein then a virus the term "prion" was accepted. I hope Dr. Koplan's knowledge of what causes BSE/nvCJD has greater depth then the :"prion".

The second item which I cannot currently evaluate without extensive research might have very serious side effects in patients receiving treatment for vascular conditions that involve the insertion of metal or plastic devices in the arteries. Oxalic acid as an industrial chemical is used in various solutions as an etchant for stainless steel and there is data that talks of the dissolution of tantalum in oxalic acid solutions. Since oxalic acid is normal in the blood in the anhydrous form (without water), will it etch any of the various materials used in the vascular treatment? If a device is etched, could there be materials released that could be harmful in the blood stream? I have attached copies of 3 reference sheets that describe oxalic acid used in different processes.

The third item is about the very real possibility that clinical studies could be done here in Arkansas, which would place Arkansas in the center of medical science research worldwide. An initial contact with an associate of Mr. James T. Stephens the CEO of Exoemis Inc. and I believe a member of the Arkansas BioVentures Advisory Board, was made.

Given the opportunity in future contacts I will propose Clinical Studies to verify the efficacy of oxalic acid in treating the diseases of Cancer and Arthritis, using the methods described in my Patents, be planned and conducted as quickly as possible.

Use of the Dietary Procedure Plan with carrot juice, recently used successfully, (copy of Laurel J. Lingle and Cindy Monroe e-mail testimony attached) and use of the Dietary Procedure Plan with new therapeutic compositions of oxalic acid providing the increased oxalic acid necessary instead of the concentrated carrot juice will demonstrate that "Integrated Medicine" is not only feasible but very necessary. Integrated Medicine needs an integrator and oxalic acid is that integrator. It is described as such in the Patent claims.

Of equal importaqnce is the part oxalic acid plays in the entire human cycle. Is not the blood of a mother in the blood of a newborn baby? Could a deficiency of oxalic acid in the blood be the reason for cancer in new born babies being treated at St. Jude's? I tried to get my information to those in Administration at St. Jude's without success.

I believe clinical studies of Cancer and Arthritis victims could be conducted simultaneously. And I would disgree with use of placebos. I think it ridiculous in an advanced society to have to accept the deaths of humans, as one does with mice, to know of success with any experiment.

Today when people with a disease go on the Diet and follow it 100%, that is avoiding the blockers, and their bodies have not been destroyed by conventional treatment, there is a 100% cure rate. One of the most devastating conventional treatment is the continuation of radiation treatments after the decision that there is no more hope, it completely destroys the immune system. My opinion is that it is doctor assisted suicide. Isn't that what the latest nuclear weapons are designed to do? Kill people without destroying the infrastructure?

Senator Blanche would you support, perhaps expedite a federal grant, if I am successful in convincing the Arkansas BioVenture Advisory Board,. the CEO of EXOEMIS and the Director of Special Projects, University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock to conduct the trials to confirm my findings. Last September an announcement was made, (see attached article) of a $2.4 million grant for several institutions to do research that I have already accomplished. It is estimated to take 3 years to complete. What the research will accomplish is nothing more then confirm my discovery already patented. I have provided Chancellor John White information of the circumstance. Chancellor White did not acknowledge my communication.

Senator Blanche, a conserative estimate is that in 3 years more then a million victims in the US will die from cancer. Many will be Veterans, members of the Greatest Generation just like me, and it tears at my guts that I have been unsuccessful in getting help to prevent it.

After extensive research and testing my findings on individuals knowledgeable and experienced in the appropriate field, I can tell say there is a flaw in the FDA test management program relative to environmental stress on human performance.

The critical item involved in this finding is oxalic acid, a blood borne chemical in the blood of all mammals including humans. A estimated mean value of 288mcg of anhydrous oxalic acid/100ml has been reported for normal human blood.

The decomposition of solutions of oxalic acid has been made a basis of a method for measuring radiation dosage, in the sterilization of food and medical products. The absorbed dose is determined from the decrease in oxalic acid concentration which occurs during irradiation.

If the FDA authorizes a new drug for use on humans or other mammals, where the approved test procedure was directed toward identification of potential failure of the drug and irradiation was used partially or continuously on a mammalian test specimen, the test is flawed. It is possible very serious consequences could develop if a human with a normal or elevated oxalic acid blood level was provided the drug. If oxalic acid and the new drug created a toxic chemical it would not be known. The results could have lethal consequences.

Immediate action should be taken to confirm or deny my findings. Approval of any product where radiation was used during testing should be immediately suspended until the action is completed.
